경영과학 2
(Operations Research 2)
경영과학 2는 경영, 정보, 통신 및 공학 등 여러 가지 시스템 상에서 발생하는 문제들에 대한 계량적, 체계적인 사고와 처리능력의 제고를 위해 경영과학 기법을 학습하는 과목이다. 경영과학 2는 경영과학 1에 이어서 수송문제, 게임이론, 네트워크 이론, 사업평가모형, CPM, 대기이론, 장비대체, 모의실험 등에 대해 학습한다.

The purpose for taking Operations Research 2 is to improve the ability of thinking quantitatively and systematically, and the ability of dealing with problems in management, information, communication, and engineering systems. The contents of this course include transportation problems, game theory, network theory, CPM, PERT, queueing theory, equipment replace model, and simulation.
물류관리
(Logistics Management)
본 과목은 다양한 수리적 이론 및 방법론을 사용하여 물류 시스템의 설계 및 운영에 관련된 문제 해결 능력을 고양하는 것을 목표로 한다. 다양한 물류 시스템들과 각 물류 시스템에 관련된 의사결정 문제들이 소개되며, 해법들이 논의된다. 실제 문제 해결 능력을 높이기 위하여 현실적인 예제들이 다루어진다. 구제척인 강의 주제들은 물류 전략 및 계획, 수송 의사결정, 보관 및 취급 의사결정, 설비배치 의사결정 및 네트워크 계획 프로세스들을 다루게 된다.

The course aims to enhance problem-solving capabilities on the design and the operation of logistics systems by using various mathematical theories and methodologies. Various logistics systems along with the decision-making problems related to each type of logistics system will be introduced, and solution procedures for solving the problems will be discussed. Practical examples of logistics systems will be utilized to enhance real problem-solving capabilities. Specific topics include logistics strategy and planning, transport decisions, storage and handling decisions, facility location decisions, and the network planning process.

(Production Planning and Control)
학부과정의 생산관리 과목에서 배운 생산시스템의 관리 및 통제기법에 대해 보다 심화된 내용을 소개한다. 세부항목으로는 재고관리, 자재소요계획, JIT, 종합적 품질관리, 작업장 통제, 총괄 생산 계획, 생산 능력 계획 등이 있다.

This course is a survey of advanced production management and control techniques for the same topics covered in the ‘Production Control’ course for undergraduate students. Topics to be covered include the following: inventory control, material requirement planning, JIT, total quality management, workstation control, aggregate production planning, and production capacity planning.
전략기획 및 통제
(Strategic Planning and Control)
경영 시스템을 운영하기 위한 전략 계획 및 통제에 대한 기법들을 바탕으로, 기업 모형을 기반으로 한 보다 상위의 의사 결정을 지원하는 전략적 운영 기법들과 적용사례들을 다루고 있다.

This course focuses on strategic planning and control for the operation of management systems. It covers relevant techniques and application cases.
